Gökhan Erün earned his undergraduate degree from Istanbul Technical University Department of Electronics and Communications Engineering and his graduate degree from Yeditepe University in Business Administration.

Erün began his career at Garanti Bank Treasury Department in 1994. Between 1999 and 2004, he served as the Senior Vice President of Commercial Marketing and Sales Department. After becoming the CEO of Garanti Pension and Life in 2004, he was appointed as Executive Vice President of Garanti Bank in September 2005. Erün served as the Deputy CEO of Garanti Bank since September 2015, in charge of Corporate Banking Coordination, Treasury, Treasury Marketing and Financial Solutions, Derivatives, Cash Management and Transaction Banking, and Financial Institutions. He also held positions in the Boards of various Garanti Bank subsidiaries.

As of January 2018, Erün has continued his career in Yapı Kredi as Executive Director in Board of Directors and Chief Executive Officer (CEO). In addition, Erün is the CEO of Koç Financial Services and holds positions in the Boards of various Yapı Kredi Group subsidiaries.

Saruhan Yücel earned his undergraduate degree from Istanbul University Department of Business Administration and his graduate degree from University of Illinois in Business Administration. Yücel started his career at Koçbank in fund Management Department in 2000. Following his role as Securities Portfolio Manager, between 2002 and 2003, in Yapı Kredi Portfolio in Investment Funds Management Fixed Income department, between 2003 and 2018, he worked as FX and Money Markets Senior Dealer, FX Markets Vice President, Fixed Income Securities Vice President and Balance Sheet Management and Fixed Income Securities Executive Vice President in Yapı Kredi Bank. Following June 2018, he continued his career as Treasury Management Assistant General Manager. He is also Member of the Executive Committee at Yapı Kredi Bank.

She graduated from Ankara University, Faculty of Political Sciences, Department of Business Administration in 1993 and she earned an MBA degree at the same university in 1997 and a Master of Accounting degree at the University of Michigan in 2001.

She began her career at the Capital Markets Board of Turkey and served as Assistant to Expert between1997-2005, Deputy Head of Corporate Finance Department between 2005-2006 and Head of Institutional Investors Department between 2006-2007. She joined the Koç Group in 2007 and still is serving as Finance Coordinator responsible from Compliance to Securities Regulation. She is also heading the Capital Markets Working Group in TÜSİAD from 2013.She has been She has been a Member of Board of Directors of Yapı ve Kredi Bankası A.Ş., Koç Finansal Hizmetler A.Ş. and Yapı Kredi Yatırım Menkul Değerler A.Ş. since February 2020.

Serkan Ülgen received his B.S. degree in Industrial Engineering from Bilkent University, Ankara in 1998. Following his graduation, he started his professional career at BENKAR Consumer Financing and Credit Card Services within Boyner Group. In 2001, he joined Yapı Kredi Bank and since then, held different positions in Retail Banking and Card Payment Systems at Yapı Kredi. In this time period he got his MBA degree from Boğaziçi University, Istanbul in 2005. Serkan Ülgen, has been working as Yapı Kredi's Assistant General Manager responsible for Retail Banking and a member of the Executive Committee since January 1, 2018. Ülgen is also a Member of the Board of Yapı Kredi Bank Azerbaijan. In addition to his responsibilities in the Bank, Ülgen is also a board member of Interbank Card Center (BKM), Allianz Life and Pension, Tanı Marketing and Communication Services, Yapı Kredi Pension Fund Foundation and UK-based 441 Trust Company companies. Also, Ülgen has been serving as the Head of the Supreme Council of Turkey within Visa Turkey and continuing his duty as the Advisory Board Member within MasterCard Europe.

After graduating from Boğaziçi University Industrial Engineering Department, Yılmaz Arısoy began his career at Koç Holding A.Ş. Finance Group in 1997. He received his MBA degree from Cornell University Johnson Business School and also had corporate finance experience at Lehman Brothers in New York. Later on, he had managerial duties in Investment Banking at UBS Investment Bank in New York and in Retail Banking and Credit Cards at Capital One Bank in Virginia. Upon returning to Turkey in 2006 to work as the Head of MIS and Business Planning Group at Yapı Kredi Bank, Mr. Arısoy was appointed as the Chief Financial Officer at UniCredit Bank Slovenia within the Central Eastern Europe Division of UniCredit Group in 2010. Mr. Arısoy joined Yapı Kredi Yatırım in 2014 and worked as an Assistant General Manager (EVP) in charge of Finance and Operations. Mr. Arısoy has been working at the CEO and member of the Board of Directors since January 2019.

Özden Önaldı graduated from Istanbul Technical University's Department of Management Engineering and earned her Executive MBA degree from Koç University. She began her professional career as a Project Consultant at SAP Company in 1999. Önaldı, later continued her banking career at Osmanlı Bank in the Alternative Distribution Channels department. In 2002, she started working at Garanti Bank, where she led several strategic projects in CRM, Marketing, Strategic Planning, IT, and Human Resources at various management levels. Özden Önaldı joined Koç Holding in 2016 and worked in Human Resources and Industrial Relations Group in digital transformation, agile transformation, and leadership programs areas. As of February 2022, Önaldı has been appointed as the Assistant General Manager of Human Resources Organization and Internal Services and a member of the Executive Committee in Yapı Kredi. She also serves as the Chairperson of Yapı Kredi Group Subsidiaries Disciplinary Committee and the member of Sustainability Committee. As of March 2023, she is a member of the Board in Yapı Kredi Technology, Yapı Kredi Invest, Yapı Kredi Factoring and Yapı Kredi Leasing.

He graduated from Istanbul University Faculty of Economics he began as investment advisor in Yapı Kredi Yatırım. He continues his career as Domestic Markets Sales and Marketing Executive Vice President since 2013.

Hakan Yolcu who has Master’s degree in Istanbul University Department of Economic Theory has 20 years of active experience in the financial sector.

Ekin Arca Kırelli earned her undergraduate degree from Koç University Business Administration Department in 1998 and her graduate degree at the ESST master program arranged between Istanbul Technical University and University of Louis Pasteur-Strasbourg in 2003-2004. In 1998, Kırelli began her career at Ottoman Bank as an Assistant Specialist (MT).Between 2000 and 2003, she worked as a Senior Auditor at Ernst and Young (EY). She joined the Yapı Kredi Group in 2004 and served as the Internal Audit Manager of the Yapı Kredi Insurance Group between 2004 and 2008. In 2008, she was appointed as the Audit Director of the Domestic and International Subsidiaries of Yapı Kredi Bank and had worked in that role until 2015. In 2015, she was appointed as Assistant General Manager of Financial Planning and Financial Affairs at Yapı Kredi Factoring, a position she held until February 2019. Mrs. Kırelli started at Yapı Kredi Yatırım Menkul Değerler A.Ş. in March 2019 and still working as Assistant General Manager of Finance and Operations.

Sadık Çulcuoğlu graduated from Bilkent University, Department of Industrial Engineering, in 2001. He then completed his MBA and Finance Masters at Boston College (USA). He started his career at Liberty Mutual Asset Management in Boston in 2004, held various positions for six years, lastly, as Senior Investment Specialist. He returned to Turkey in December 2009 and worked in the field of Corporate Finance at IS Investment and started to work in the Corporate Finance team of Yapı Kredi Invest in June 2014. As of December 1, 2021, he works as the Assistant General Manager responsible for Corporate Finance and Research.

İhsan Afşin Özdemir graduated from Bilkent University in 2000 and completed his MBA at the University of Maryland in 2002. He started his professional career at Bank of America Merill Lynch America office in 2001, returned to Turkey in 2002, and worked for Raymond James as a Senior Equity Analyst for six years. He worked as VP Sales Trader at Bank of America Merrill Lynch Turkey between 2009 and 2013 and started to work in the International Sales team of Yapı Kredi Invest. As of December 1, 2021, he serves as Assistant General Manager responsible for International Sales.
